The Challenge

Following a pandemic and subsequent recession, most manufacturers dealt with a significant loss of employees. Hoffer Plastics wanted their media content and storytelling to raise their presence on social media and drive new, high quality recruits to the company.

The Solution

We collaboratively built a campaign that leans on high production value, real employee stories, and highlighting of company values. These quick vignettes helped Hoffer Plastics recruit more high quality employees and increased their brand presence during and after the height of the pandemic.

The Results

Hoffer’s thriving media presence has boosted their reputation within the industry and allowed them to be an example of responsible employment practices within the manufacturing and production industry. The Break the Mold Campaign saw a click through rate 234% higher than the industry average. This direct traffic to their main site and recruitment site has inspired them to shift their strategy towards ongoing video and photography campaigns focused on real human stories that highlight their impressive capabilities.

The Challenge

Since 1986, Hoffer has provided a specific beverage client with ongoing products that are critical to their packaging and distribution success. They’ve dedicated an entire plant (out of a total of eight) in order to achieve this, which has resulted in repeated multi-million dollar contracts. Needless to say it’s a very special relationship.

The nature of this industry requires Hoffer continually go up against competition in order to highlight their advantages in the midst of changing leaders and decision-makers.

The Solution

We created a focused video campaign that specifically shows the unique advantages and the strength of this ongoing long-term relationship. When you invest in developing together, you save time, resources, and and have a level of customer service that is consistently excellent through changing tides.

Because of an NDA we can’t share the specific client’s video, but this sample was used in a similar fashion. This piece has been a general tool for Hoffer’s sales team and has been successful time and time again in helping cast vision during client meetings.
